We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social media tracking on this website. If we ever do, we will update this policy first and only use them if you agree.
3. The patient portal (portal.trinsic-rx.com)
The patient portal does not use cookies. To keep you signed in, it uses your browser's temporary storage for that tab only. This is strictly necessary, and it is cleared when you sign out, close the tab, or after a period of inactivity.
4. Video consultations
Video calls open on our video provider's page, which uses only the cookies and storage it needs to run the call.
5. Managing cookies
You can change your choice in our cookie banner at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (usually under Settings, Privacy or Preferences). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
