3.3 No Guarantee of Prescription

4. The Consultation Process

Our initial consultation is completely free. There is no charge for:

• Completing the consultation form
• Uploading photographs
• Dermatologist review and assessment
• Receiving treatment recommendations

4.2 Information You Provide

You must:

• Provide accurate and complete medical information
• Upload clear, recent photographs of your skin
• Disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and allergies
• Update your information if it changes

4.3 Review Timeline

We aim to review consultations within 24-48 hours. Timelines may vary based on volume and complexity.

4.4 Communication

We will communicate with you via:

• Your patient portal
• SMS (for important updates)

You are responsible for checking these communications regularly.

5. Treatment and Prescriptions

5.1 If Approved

If our dermatologist approves treatment:

• You will receive a prescription for appropriate medication
• You can purchase the prescribed treatment through our platform
• Treatment will be dispensed by a registered pharmacy
• Shipping will be arranged to your address

5.2 Subscription Service

Treatment may be offered as a subscription service:

• Regular deliveries at prescribed intervals
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your patient portal
• Pricing will be clearly communicated before purchase
• Subscription can be paused, modified, or cancelled without penalty

5.3 Follow-Up Care

Ongoing treatment may require:

6. Payment and Refunds

The consultation is free. You will only be charged if you choose to purchase prescribed treatment.
