No payment details are required at this stage. Your consultation is completely free.

Clinician Review

A qualified, UK-based, GMC-registered clinician will carefully review your consultation. They will assess your skin concern, medical history, and photographs to determine the most appropriate course of action.

If the clinician needs any further information, they will get in touch with you directly.

Personalised Treatment Plan

If the clinician determines that prescription treatment is appropriate, you will receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

Your treatment plan will include details of your prescribed medication, how to use it, and what to expect. If you are happy to proceed, you can start your subscription at £35 per month — which includes your medication and delivery.

If prescription treatment is not suitable, the clinician will provide advice and may recommend over-the-counter alternatives.

Monthly Delivery & Ongoing Care

Your prescribed medication will be delivered directly to your door every month. Your subscription also includes:

• Free 6-month review — a follow-up consultation to assess your progress and adjust your treatment if needed
• Free medical team access — contact our clinical team at any time with questions or concerns, at no extra charge
• Cancel anytime — you can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no fees
