Getting started
How it works
From your free consultation to treatment at your door – in four steps.
Step 1: Tell us about your skin
Create a secure account, answer questions about your skin and health, and add three photos. It takes about 10 minutes, and you can stop and come back.
Step 2: A clinician reviews it
A UK-registered clinician looks at your answers and photos, usually within 24–48 hours. They'll message you in your account if they have questions.
Step 3: Your treatment plan
If prescription treatment is suitable, you'll get a personal plan with clear instructions. If it isn't, we'll explain why and suggest what to do next – and you won't be charged.
Step 4: Delivered each month
Your treatment is dispensed by a registered UK pharmacy and delivered to your door. Every 3 months you'll check in with new photos so your clinician can review your progress.
What you'll need
- About 10 minutes – your answers are saved, so you can stop and come back
- Three photos of your face: front, left side and right side, in good natural light
- The names of any medicines you take, and any allergies
- Your phone, to set up two-step sign-in
Your secure account
Your account holds your medical information, so signing in has two steps: a code sent to your email, and a code from a free authenticator app on your phone (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator). You set this up once, in about 2 minutes.
In your account you can message your clinician, ask for a video consultation, see your treatment plan, add progress photos and manage your plan.
If treatment isn't suitable
Your clinician will explain why and suggest what to do next, such as seeing your GP. You won't be charged anything.
Not for emergencies. If you have a mole or mark that is new, changing, bleeding or itchy, please see your GP. If you feel unwell, call NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.
