General

Trinsic RX is a UK-based online dermatology and skincare service. We connect you with qualified, GMC-registered clinicians who can assess your skin concerns, provide expert advice, and prescribe treatment if appropriate — all from the comfort of your home.

All of our clinicians are UK-based, GMC-registered medical professionals with experience in dermatology and skin health. They follow all relevant clinical guidelines and are bound by professional medical ethics and confidentiality.

We provide consultations for a wide range of dermatology and skincare concerns, including:

  • Acne and breakouts
  • Eczema and dermatitis
  • Psoriasis
  • Rosacea
  • Hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone
  • Ageing and skin rejuvenation
  • General skincare advice

Currently, Trinsic RX is only available to patients within the United Kingdom. All our clinicians are UK-based and prescriptions can only be fulfilled and delivered to UK addresses.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. We do not provide consultations or treatment for individuals under 18.

Consultations

Yes, completely free. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment and we will never ask for payment details during your consultation. You only pay if a clinician recommends a treatment plan and you choose to go ahead.

You complete a simple online consultation form which takes just a few minutes. This covers your skin concern, medical history, current medications, allergies, and includes uploading photographs of the affected area. A qualified clinician will then review your submission and get back to you with their assessment and recommendations.

Our clinicians aim to review your consultation as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on demand, but we strive to get back to you within 24–48 hours.

At 6 months, you'll have a free follow-up consultation with our clinical team to assess your progress, discuss how your treatment is working, and make any adjustments if needed.

Yes. As part of your subscription, you can contact our medical team at any time with questions or concerns — completely free of charge. You can do this through your Patient Portal or by contacting us through our website.

Pricing & Subscription

Everything. Your personalised treatment plan, prescribed medication, monthly delivery, free 6-month review consultation, and unlimited access to our medical team for questions or concerns.

No. The monthly price covers everything — consultation, medication, and delivery. There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or surprise charges.

Yes, you can cancel at any time for any reason with no cancellation fees. Simply log in to your Patient Portal at portal.trinsic-rx.com or contact our support team. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled order.

Simply book your free consultation. A qualified clinician will review your case and, if appropriate, recommend a personalised treatment plan. You only pay if you choose to proceed.

Treatment & Prescriptions

If our clinician determines that prescription treatment is not appropriate for your condition, they will provide you with advice and may recommend over-the-counter alternatives. You will not be charged anything.

Your prescribed medication is delivered directly to your door every month. Delivery is included in your monthly subscription price at no extra cost.

You can contact our medical team at any time, free of charge. If you experience an adverse reaction, we will review your case and may issue a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Due to pharmaceutical regulations and patient safety requirements, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed and dispatched. However, refunds may be issued in cases of product defects, adverse reactions, or delivery issues. See our Refund Policy for details.

Account & Privacy

You can log in to your Patient Portal at portal.trinsic-rx.com. From here you can view your treatment plan, manage your subscription, contact the medical team, and update your details.

Yes. We take your privacy extremely seriously. All personal and medical data is encrypted, stored securely, and handled in full compliance with UK GDPR and data protection law. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Your medical information is only accessible to the clinicians reviewing your case and our clinical support team. All medical professionals are bound by GMC confidentiality requirements. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
