Your consultation is free. You only pay if a clinician recommends treatment and you decide to go ahead.

No hidden fees. No payment details are needed for your consultation. If you start treatment, you pay monthly by Direct Debit and can pause, skip or cancel from your account.

If treatment is suitable

Pausing, skipping and cancelling

You're in control of your plan. From your account you can skip a month, pause for up to three months, or cancel – with no fees. Changes take effect before your next delivery.

If treatment isn't suitable

You won't pay anything. Your clinician will explain why and suggest what to do next.
